OUR COMPANY
History
Fiber Foods started out under the name "Business Lab Uganda" was founded by Inez van Oord and Ineke Aquarius in Kampala with the support of the Netherlands Embassy in Kampala.
The aim was to create a scalable, gender-friendly value chain together with the market.
We did so in co-creation with experts and our supplying and processing partners. The first dried jackfruit product was developed under the technical guidance of Team Tastemakers.
This led to the establishment of Fiber Foods, which introduced this African innovation to the market under the name PrimeJack.
OUR POLICIES
Fiber Foods is currently developing a new policy platform where all policies are published. Soon to be accessible from here
